Hodl Hodl v1.19 new features: OTC requests & Japanese language
Dear Hodlers,
Today we are introducing new features at Hodl Hodl:
- Japanese language;
- OTC requests;
And an official partnership with Asian OTC brokerage company CoinsOTC.
We’ll describe everything in order.
Japanese language
Following the expansion to Spanish-speaking regions earlier this month, Hodl Hodl continues to expand globally with the addition of the Japanese language to the exchange. The most important parts of the exchange have been translated to Japanese.
Hodl Hodl also provides support in Japanese. Therefore, every request sent to support@hodlhodl.com in Japanese will be answered in Japanese.

The next languages Hodl Hodl plans to support, which are coming in 2019, are Portuguese, Chinese & Hindi.
OTC requests
From now on, every user is able to submit an OTC request at Hodl Hodl, and our managers will match you, on individual basis, with a counterparty.
About
In the footer of the site you can find a link to the “OTC” page, where the request can be submitted. You have to specify whether you want to buy or sell, for which amounts, and what payment methods etc.
When you submit a request, Hodl Hodl’s managers will try to find you a counterparty at no extra charge.
Once we have received your request, we will immediately begin matching you, and you will be contacted through the contact channel you specified.
OTC desk
In November earlier this year, Hodl Hodl launched an OTC trading desk, in partnership with EU licensed broker Tenbagger, which matches and guides counterparties, allowing you to buy and sell bitcoins with same day settlement, at the most competitive rates.

We are proud to partner with CoinsOTC — a company that operates in Asia which will help us expand to the local market.
We have already been working closely together in the OTC business, and as one of our first steps in the Asian market, we are adding Japanese language and providing support for Japanese-speaking community.
